EXPERIENCE
I have shot over 600 weddings & events since 2015, so I know all the best portraits locations and venues in Brisbane and can help you plan the perfect wedding day photography timeline.
As an independent, full-time Brisbane wedding photographer I am available 7 days a week for epic full-day celebrations, or easy elopements.
PLANNING
During your pre-wedding consultation a few weeks before we plan the photography for every stage of the day. This takes about 60-90 minutes, as we discuss all your preferences and requests in detail.
This PDF runsheet is comprehensive, and many clients use it as their actual runsheet for the day to share with vendors and the M.C. It also has photography tips for each stage of the day e.g. ‘Try not to hide the rings during the ring exchange’ ;)
PEACE OF MIND
For maximum flexibility and peace of mind you can request postponements or even cancellations 6 hours before the wedding starts, with full refunds.
I also offer a ‘rain check’ on your couples portraits sessions at your discretion if the weather is not ideal, at no extra cost.
The number of hours coverage is agreed during the pre-wedding consultation, for maximum flexibility and efficiency anywhere from 3 to 10 hours (so you only pay for what you really need).
CONVENIENCE
I conduct meetings and pre-wedding consultations via video chat or telephone. You can book additional meetings anytime.
Bookings are completed online with no agreements to print and sign in-person, and a simple $200 initial deposit.
HELPING HAND
I am here to help you plan a successful wedding day photography timeline, based on your preferences.
When you receive your gallery, I can offer advice on where to get albums and artworks printed professionally both in Brisbane and online, to suit your budget and taste. Albums and other products including prints, can also be ordered directly from your online gallery (should you not wish to print or order your own products).
I have designed my clients experience to reflect how I would want to be treated. That means planning meticulously beforehand, then letting you get on with your day, with as much flexibility as possible.
RELIABILITY
Please check out this article on my preparations for shooting a wedding and ensuring your photos are kept safe throughout the photo editing and delivery process. I always have backup gear on hand, and shoot to two memory cards for continuous backups throughout the day.
Once I get back to my studio after your wedding, not only are your photos backed up to two additional locations, the memory cards are sealed in an envelope and kept in two separate locations, until well after you have received the gallery.
Over eight years I have been on-time or early to the start of every single wedding day. You can rely on me to turn up on-time, and be ready to shoot all day long.
DETAILS
Digital files are delivered within 30 days at maximum resolution in a beautiful online gallery, which you and all guests can print from to your heart's content. It’s hosted for two years to download photos for safekeeping at maximum resolution.
A USB drive of the maximum quality digital photos can be requested for easier transfer.
Pre-wedding consultation, portrait location scoping & photography timeline creation is all included.
I personally edit all the photos in my signature style, and deliver approximately 75+ photos per hour on average and don’t hold back any good photos. So a typical full day wedding of nine hours is going to be around 700 photos.
