15 highlight photos edited and provided the following morning (or as arranged prior) — or photos can be edited on-site and delivered at the event, at no extra cost.
Rapid editing & delivery of all photos within 72 hours at maximum resolution, via a shareable, password protected online gallery hosted for two years.
Simple, ‘no hidden extras’ fully inclusive pricing e.g. $500 plus GST for 2 hours coverage (including photo editing).
Unlimited commercial usage on all photos forever. Use or alter the images for anything such as social media, website galleries, printing, advertising or marketing, without extra cost or permission.
Share the online gallery link and password with guests, clients, sponsors, exhibitors etc. to download, share and use the maximum resolution images.
Very experienced shooting demanding, complex, multi-day conferences and exhibitions at Brisbane BCEC in all event spaces.
Fully Flexible: Cancellations and postponements up to 6 hours before the event, with full refunds, for any reason. Coverage can be booked for a minimum of just 60 minutes for small events.

Specialising in Brisbane city professional corporate and business event photography coverage for awards dinners and prize-giving’s, gala dinners, presentations, breakfasts, luncheons, functions, seminars, product launches, sod turnings/ground breakings, alumni or reunions, celebrations, media events, building or store openings etc.
As a flexible full-time photographer coverage is available anytime, including early breakfasts, luncheons and dinners late into the evening 7 days a week including public holidays.

Chris regularly shoots at the major conference and event precincts in Brisbane such as the Brisbane Convention and Entertainment Centre (BCEC), Royal International Convention Centre (RICC), Sofitel, Calile Hotel, W Hotel, Howard Smith Wharves (HSW), Marriott, Blackbird Cafe, Pullman Hotel, Victoria Park Function Centre etc.
Being based in inner city Herston means that highlight photos can be delivered rapidly after an event for Brisbane CBD event locations.
As a regular shooter at places like BCEC he has shot in every function space in all lighting conditions.

Prices include editing, travel, parking and gallery hosting for 2 years.

BREAK BONUS FOR 6 HRS + COVERAGE
For coverage over 6 hours, any planned photographer breaks (lunch etc.) up to one hour are deducted.
For full day conference coverage for example, most full days (8 hours) only require 7 hours of coverage.
Delivery & DETAILS

$200 deposit to reserve the date, balance paid 5 days before to lock in the booking.
