Order Raw Files
Chris Jack Photography now offers the raw digital negatives (raw photos) of all edited photos as a Dropbox link, starting from $150 (for weddings & events), up to a maximum cost of $750.00 for one days coverage.
That means you can take the raw files from your gallery and reimagine the photos yourself (or using AI) without the loss in image quality that would occur if you edited the JPEG versions.
Think about how advanced automated editing of photos (from raw files) will be in the future considering what is possible even today!
Once ordered, all delivered photos from your event or wedding will be exported to a Dropbox folder as raw CR3 files (Canon) and a link provided to download within 5 days.
This purchase also includes a license to use, alter or distribute the altered and reedited raw files in perpetuity (forever) for any purpose, with no attribution of the photographer required (or permitted).
You can reedit all your photos as you please, do whatever you want with the photos providing you do not attribute (mention Chris Jack Photography) in relation to the usage of any images publicly (for example crediting the photographer).
That’s to protect my reputation if you change the photos (which you can do with the digital negatives).
Please note: Due to the archiving and eventual deletion, raw files should preferably be pre-ordered when you make your booking, or within 2 weeks of receiving the gallery using this form.
The raw photos will be CR3 (Canon raw file) versions of each photo included in your final gallery. It won’t be every photo taken on the day, because that would be probably thousands of unselected photos due to those not being as good as the ones selected. Rest assured, I include every acceptable photo for your final gallery - so there is no need to have ALL photos taken on the day.
If you haven’t ordered raw photos within 2 weeks of receiving your gallery, please email me first before placing your order so I can check whether the raw photos are still available.
