Pyjama Foundation First Nations Focus Event Premiers Hall Parliament House

I support the Pyjama Foundation, a nationwide charity devoted to mentoring and educating foster children by providing pro bono photography. I was invited on the 10th of September to Parliament House in Brisbane to capture the unveiling of a stunning new artwork by Rachael Sarra - a proud Goreng Goreng woman.

Unfortunately to illness and with strict COVID-19 protocols, Rachael could not attend.

The evening was hosted by Kay McGrath, and punctuated by very welcome new government announcements of additional funding for The Pyjama Foundation, and the unveiling of the artwork by Di Farmer, Queensland's Minister for Child Safety, Youth and Women and Minister for Prevention of Domestic and Family Violence.
