You are free to share the online gallery link with guests, who can download, post, share or print the high resolution images without restrictions.

You will receive unrestricted, full commercial usage of all photos forever. Use or alter the images for social media posts, website galleries or banners, media release, future promotions or any other purpose without extra cost or permission.

CORPORATE EVENTS

Brisbane professional corporate event photography coverage for awards dinners and prize givings, gala dinners, presentations, luncheons, functions, product launches, media events, building openings, ceremonies etc. As a full-time photographer, coverage is available anytime, including breakfasts, luncheons, dinners late into the evenings 7 days a week.

CONFERENCES & EXHIBITIONS

For longer events such as conferences, trade shows, seminars and exhibitions in Brisbane or the Gold Coast, please contact me for a quotation. I will reply quickly with availability and a written quotation (within 24 hours).

PRIVATE SPECIAL OCCASIONS

Engagement parties, birthday parties, bridal and baby showers, religious ceremonies, family reunions, school reunions or any special celebration, occasion or event can be captured in all lighting conditions, together with group photos as planned.

VARIETY OF EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY COVERAGE

ARRIVAL PHOTOS

Arrival photos taken candidly or posed at a media wall, using appropriate lighting.

AWARD WINNER PHOTOS

Photos of award or prize recipients either on-stage, off-stage, at a media wall, or candidly.

CANDID PHOTOGRAPHY

Throughout the event I will capture candid photography of special moments, ceremonies, presentations, speakers etc. in a photojournalistic, documentary style. These can either be close up or shot from a distance with a longer lens, and with or without flash lighting.

QUICK GROUP PHOTOS

Included in the coverage are any small group photos taken in situation at the event such as arrival shots, small group photos etc. These can be groups arranged for me, or I can approach groups of people and ask proactively.

FORMAL GROUP PHOTOS

These are similar to quick group photos, but shot more intentionally or with more time to arrange and pose guests. They are normally taken with the camera on a tripod with extra off-camera lighting.

LARGE GROUP PHOTOS

I can shoot large group photos of all guests at once if required, either using natural light outside or with powerful flash lighting inside. There is no extra cost, just please discuss beforehand so I can be prepared.

DETAIL SHOTS

I love capturing detail shots of events if required, such as venue ambience, table settings, flowers, gift or award tables, food, sponsors products etc. These are shot using the same equipment and methods used to shoot wedding reception detail.

PRICING

Pricing includes travel in Brisbane, parking, editing and full commercial usage.

All Chris Jack Event Photography includes:

  • Travel to and from the location within Brisbane up to 45 minutes from Tingalpa, and all parking costs (including Brisbane CBD or BCEC).

  • All prices shown include GST, and a tax invoice can be issued on request.

  • Individual editing of each photo which takes 1-2 minutes per photo. I do not just shoot directly to a finished JPEG in-camera. All photos are selected and enhanced individually. This takes many hours after the event at my studio (included in the hourly coverage).

  • Phone discussions or emails before the event about the run sheet and brief.

  • Fast delivery of edited photos. Next day delivery of first 50 photos before 3.00pm, with the remainder within 48 hours.

  • Approximately 50+ photos delivered per hour of shooting, depending on the brief and other factors.

  • A beautifully presented online gallery of your photos that can be shared with guests, and password protected with download options including web size for social media usage (2000 pixels) or high resolution (3600 pixels) for printing or commercial usage.

  • Full, unlimited personal and commercial usage of all photos.

  • Current Public Liability Insurance ($20'000'000) - renewed September 2018.

Preparation Time

I will be ready to shoot from the moment I arrive with cameras prepared beforehand. However, it is often necessary to arrive early to a corporate event before guests arrive to setup off-camera lighting, meet VIP’s, marketing and event co-ordinators etc.

This can be worked into a quotation and timeline at a lower hourly rate of $100 including GST. For example, if you are planning a large group shot we might allocate 30 minutes for the location scouting, lighting setup and testing ($50 extra). This is planned beforehand, and charged at a lower hourly rate than the event photography (only if required).

 

BOOKINGS

50% deposit requested to secure booking date on a first come basis via online booking form, balance on delivery of first 50 photos the next day.

Cancellations can be made up to 7 days before the event. Card will automatically be charged the 50% balance at the time photos are sent. For clients preferring to pay by direct deposit on invoice, full payment can be made in advance as an alternative.

STEP 1 - CHECK AVAILABILITY

Contact me to check availability for your upcoming event. If am not available, I may be able to recommend another suitable photographer.

STEP 2 - CONFIRM COVERAGE

After we discuss your requirements, we can work out how many hours coverage are needed to capture everything. We can also discuss if I need to arrive earlier than guests to prepare for anything (which is quoted at a lower hourly rate).

STEP 3 - MAKE RESERVATION

I will then send an online booking link and a 50% deposit can be made online on a secure booking form. Your event photography will then be reserved and confirmed online.
