Delivery of photos at both social media sizes and high resolution, via an online gallery the next day*.
Dressed to the occasion, or smart casual dress.
*First 50 photos. All photos within 48 hours.
You are free to share the online gallery link and password with guests, who can download, share on social media or print the high resolution images without restrictions.
You will receive unrestricted, full commercial usage of all photos forever. Use or alter the images for social media posts, website galleries or banners, media release, future advertising or media or any other purpose without extra cost or permission.
Brisbane professional corporate event photography coverage for awards dinners and prize givings, gala dinners, presentations, luncheons, functions, product launches, alumni functions, celebrations, panel discussions, media events, building openings, ceremonies etc.
As a full-time photographer, coverage is available anytime, including breakfasts, luncheons, dinners late into the evenings 7 days a week (with no extra surcharges).

PRIVATE SPECIAL OCCASIONS
Engagement parties, birthday parties, bridal and baby showers or any special celebration, occasion or event can be captured in all lighting conditions, together with group photos as planned.

TYPICAL EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY COVERAGE
Detail shots as required, such as venue setup, table settings, cakes, food, sponsors products etc. These are shot using the same equipment, methods and editing used to shoot wedding reception detail.
Arrival or social photos taken candidly or posed at a media wall.
Specialising in candid photography, I will capture special moments, mingling, ceremonies, presentations, plenary sessions, breakout sessions, speakers etc. in a photojournalistic, documentary style.
AWARD WINNER PHOTOS
Photos of award or prize recipients either on-stage, off-stage, at a media wall, or candidly.
CASUAL GROUP PHOTOS
Camera aware group photos taken in situation at the event such as arrival shots, small group photos etc. These can be groups arranged, or I can ask proactively depending on your brief.
FORMAL GROUP PHOTOS
Similar to casual group photos, but with more time to arrange and pose guests. They are often taken with the camera on a tripod with extra lighting (for example board members or team photos).
LARGE GROUP PHOTOS
I can shoot large group photos of everyone if required, either using natural light outside or with powerful flash lighting inside. There is no extra cost, just discuss during my briefing.
Pricing includes GST, travel and tolls in Brisbane, parking, editing and full commercial usage.
All Chris Jack Event Photography includes:
Travel to and from the location within Brisbane up to 45 minutes from Tingalpa, and all tolls and parking costs (including Brisbane CBD venues or Brisbane Convention and Entertainment Centre).
All prices shown include GST, and a tax invoice can be issued on request.
Individual editing of each photo which takes several minutes per photo. I do not just shoot directly to a finished photo in-camera. All photos are selected and enhanced individually from raw files. This takes many hours after the event at my studio (included in the prices above).
Phone discussions or emails before the event about the brief.
Approximately 50 photos delivered per hour of shooting, depending on the brief and other factors.
A beautifully presented online gallery of your photos that can be shared with guests, and password protected with download options including web size for social media usage (2000 pixels) or high resolution (3600 pixels) for printing or commercial usage.
Full, unlimited personal and commercial usage of all photos including cropping & alterations if required.
Current Public Liability Insurance ($20'000'000) - renewed September 2018.
I will be ready to shoot from the coverage start time. However, it is often necessary to arrive much earlier to a corporate event before guests arrive to setup off-camera lighting, meet VIP’s, marketing and event co-ordinators etc.
This can be worked into a quotation and timeline at a lower hourly rate of $100 including GST for my time there only. For example, if you are planning a large group shot we might allocate 30 minutes for the preparation, lighting setup and testing.
This is planned beforehand, and charged at a lower hourly rate than the event coverage photography (as no photos will be taken during this time that require editing later).
BOOKINGS & TERMS
50% deposit requested to secure booking date on a first booked basis via online credit card booking form which includes a photography agreement.
Cancellations can be made up to 7 days before the event. Card will be charged the 50% balance when the first photos are delivered. For clients preferring to pay by direct deposit on invoice, full payment can be made in advance.

After I examine the brief, we can work out how many hours coverage are needed to capture everything (normally by email).
I will then send an online booking link, and a 50% deposit can be made online on a secure booking form to confirm the booking. Your event photography will then be reserved and confirmed online.
